Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Priority of Terms

The client expressly waives the application of their own standard terms and conditions. Only these Terms shall apply, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Kahel Studio.

2. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid within 21 working days from the invoice date, unless a different term is stated in the official quotation or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in a 10% penalty on the remaining balance. Kahel Studio reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future services until payment is settled.

3. Overdue Accounts

If payment remains outstanding after 60 calendar days, Kahel Studio reserves the right to refer the account to a collections agency or pursue legal remedies. All associated costs, including legal fees, shall be shouldered by the client.

4. Service Commitment

Kahel Studio commits to providing high-quality creative services in accordance with agreed timelines. However, we operate on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific results. Kahel Studio shall not be held liable for any third-party claims arising from the use of our work.

5. Complaints and Disputes

Any concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing via registered mail or email to [email protected] within 8 calendar days from the date of delivery or project completion. Complaints submitted beyond this period will be considered waived.

6. Governing Law

All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably, and if necessary, through the proper legal channels within the Philippines.
