Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be made at least one day before the session.
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 3 days before the session forfeit the deposit but incur no additional charges.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 days prior to the session, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the session may incur additional fees.

Studio Policies

Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time without a refund.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal activities are permitted inside the studio premises.
Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or facilities during their session.

Deliverables

Edited images will be delivered within 1–5 business days after the session.
Additional edits beyond the agreed package may incur extra charges.
Digital files are provided in JPEG format via online storage.

Copyright and Usage

Kahel Studio retains full copyright ownership of all photographs.
Clients are granted a personal use license for the delivered images.
Images may not be altered, resold, or used commercially without written consent from Kahel Studio.
Kahel Studio reserves the right to use selected images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

Kahel Studio is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during sessions.
In the event of an emergency, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, Kahel Studio’s liability is limited to rescheduling the session or issuing a refund.

Force Majeure

Kahel Studio is not liable for any disruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, or equipment malfunctions).

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session with Kahel Studio, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
